Toys for Tots SF brings the San Francisco community together to collect holiday toys for children and families in need.
We organize an annual community toy-drive gathering. Guests bring toys for distribution through the San Francisco Firefighters Local 798 Toy Program. Host contributions and corporate sponsorships support the gathering's production and operations. Explore our programs and ways to participate.

HELP MAKE IT HAPPEN
Host contributions and corporate sponsorships fund event production, operations and guest hospitality. Your support creates a place for our community to come together and collect toys for children. Guests bring toys for distribution through the San Francisco Firefighters Local 798 Toy Program.
The gathering is planned for Sunday, December 6, 2026 in San Francisco. Venue, time and the flyer artwork deadline will be announced. Website recognition is added after confirmation; signage and welcome acknowledgments are delivered at the event. Flyer recognition depends on meeting the artwork deadline. These are contributions toward event production, not purchases of toys for shipment or a specified number of admission tickets.
Toys for Tots SF receives these payments directly through Stripe. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; the treatment of any benefits provided will be reflected in your acknowledgment. We do not promise that every sponsorship payment is fully deductible.
For duplicate or mistaken payments, contact pierce@toysfortotssf.org with your payment date and receipt. Other refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account event costs already committed and recognition already delivered. If the event is postponed or cancelled, we will contact contributors about the revised arrangements and available refund options. Please contact us before paying if your contribution depends on a particular date, venue or benefit.
We use the contact and payment-confirmation information you provide to administer your contribution, arrange recognition, coordinate participation and send event updates. Confirmed host names and sponsor names or logos are published for recognition; contact us before payment if you prefer to remain anonymous. Payment details are handled by Stripe on its hosted checkout. We share information with service providers and event organizers as needed to administer the event.
